Taskbat is an accountability service: you tell it your tasks, and it reminds you about them by text message, phone call, and email, escalating according to rules you configure — including, if you choose, notifying an accountability partner you named. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Taskbat works by contacting you. By signing up you expressly consent to receive automated text messages and automated phone calls — including calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice — from us at the number you provide, about your own tasks and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any message, or tell us on any call, to stop communications at any time.
Pricing is displayed at taskbat.com. When paid plans apply, you'll be billed as described at signup; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Promotional and friends-and-family credits are honored as described when issued, aren't transferable, and have no cash value.
Taskbat is a productivity tool. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not an emergency service. Reminders can occasionally fail or be delayed by carriers or providers, so don't rely on Taskbat as the sole safeguard for anything where a missed reminder could cause serious harm.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Outreach LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including consequences of a reminder that wasn't delivered or a task that didn't get done.
You can close your account at any time by emailing bat@taskbat.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. On closure, escalations stop and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Precision Outreach LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
